Rosedale
SKU: 3
Rosedale, nestled among three ravines, is full of charming cul de sacs and meandering tree lined streets, where houses range in style from Edwardian and Tudor, to Victorian and Georgian - many of which are over 100 years old.
Formerly the estate of William Botsford Jarvis, Rosedale, was named for its abundance of wild roses. In 1854 the estate was subdivided and became Toronto's first 'garden suburb'.
First Nations, dating back over 10,000 years, including the Mississaugas, Seneca, Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat, inhabited this area.
