Riverdale #2

SKU: 159

Riverdale, with its Victorian and Edwardian homes constructed in the 1800's, its boutique shops, restaurants, and fantastic parks, is one of Toronto's  most charming locales.

Prior to the 17th century, the area would have been inhabited by First Nations people including the Mississaugas, the Anishnabeg, the Chippewa, the Haudenosaunee and the Wendat peoples.

The Printers Row Lofts on Logan Ave, featured in this design, were designed by award winning developer Bob Mitchell of Mitchell Lofts. Built in 1911 by architect W.F. Carmichael, the traditional, red brick structure at 525 Logan Avenue was originally home to the headquarters of Bell Telephone. The building later functioned as a printing press.
