Moore Park, bordered on all sides by nature, Mount Pleasant Cemetary (north), Park Drive Ravine (south), Moore Park Ravine (east), and the Vale of Avoca (west), is a nature lovers dream locale.
Moore Park, is named after John T. Moore, a developer, who to encourage buyers, constructed a number of bridges to the area. The bridge featureed in this design was perhaps inspired by this history.
