Henry Farm #2

Henry Farm #2

SKU: 162

Henry Farm, with its own community interest association, developed from an 1806 Single Family Farm - you guessed it, owned by an Irishman called Henry Mulholland. The farm, and farmhouse Oriole Lodge , featured in this design, passed through a number of owners to Henry's great-grandson, another Henry, who served as the 10th Premiere of Ontario from 1930-1934.

Located south of Shepperd, north of 401 - between Leslie and Don Mills, Henry Farm is a locale built around community and tradition - they even have a Thanksgiving Parade. No need for alarm clocks in Henry Farm, as their logo is a rooster (a third Henry?)

First Nations,  dating back over 10,000 years, including the Mississaugas, Seneca, Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, and the Wendat, inhabited this area.
